Just wanted to post something up.

Celcom.

Supposedly plan to go Celcom near mummy's office to apply for my roaming services and pay my bill. Got there. They definitely weren't trained for customer skills. When you deal with a customer, first impression is very important. Eye contact they say. Honestly that Celcom officer didn't give any eye contact. (i know all these because I was trained about customer service..) There was probably only 9 customer in that whole lot. What's so hard? Still decided to proceed, asked him question's that I've already got an answer for.

Me : Do I have any current bill?
Officer : No, you dont.
(to think its written in the system..)

Roaming? Well, if I were to wait for another month, my RM300 deposit would be waived. Its best I wait for another month, since I'm quite in a tight budget. (tapi masih tak puas hati dengan officer tuh!!)

Out of plan, BENTUNG came in the picture!

Suddenly mummy decided to go head back to Bentung, to meet with some family member's that I dont even know of. (btw, Bentung kat Pahang ye..) So you know when women meets women. Aiyo, I was stucked there for god knows how long, just to hear them gossip about my other relatives. (I really dont get women. Gossip jak kerja cdaknya..) Had a few drinks there, head back KL at about 1800HRS. Had to rush to collect my pair of glasses. Got it btw. Love the frame. Everyone seems to like it. LOL. As normal, had dinner at parents, chilled with Umie and Myrez for awhile.
And Umie, remember what I said yea? ULTIMATUM. That's the only way you will get your answers to your questions ok? Everything woudl be alright, if you need to talk I'm always here.

A term we use the airline, for a standby period but at KLIA itself. Pick up was at 0430HRS. Arrives KLIA at 0520HRS. Standby starts at 0600HRS. Sampai sampai je, duty dah keluar. Reporting 0745HRS. Imagine, they could have called the standby at home kan? (reason for the standby's at airport is because just incase mana la tahu kan, ade crew MIA ke? Or reported sick last minute ke?) But as normal, men would be men. Suke kerja senang. But hey, extra RM100 in my pocket. It was so tiring. Had to 4 sectors of Penang. All the way it was fucking full load!

Home.

Pasar malam. Bought food. Then after that tido. LOL. And to think I'm still sleepy. Now heading to bed. Ein? In the room already. Talking on the phone. (kuang kuang kuang....) Nak buat cam ne kan? But everything is so far, so good. Still wondering what happen to Ohyen? Didn't hear from him today? Well hope everything is ok with you! Nitez!*
